Sales Manager - Italy

Full-Time, Remote, Italy

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Italy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and expanding our market presence in the Italian market, specifically targeting luxury hotels. Our software solutions utilize BI/AI technologies, enabling hotels to optimize operations and improve guest experiences.


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in luxury hotels, including General Managers, Operations Managers, and IT Directors
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close, including contract negotiations and onboarding
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and retention
  • Provide market feedback to the product team to inform future product development
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and pipelines in our CRM system


  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, with existing relationships in luxury hotel chains in Italy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with BI/AI technologies and their application in the hospitality industry
  • Experience working remotely or managing remote teams
