
With Version 3.6.3, we focused on making Crqlar easier to use in everyday hotel operations. This update improves the mobile experience, increases reliability when creating reservations and makes group reservations much clearer in the floorplan.

📱 Improved mobile usability
Managing reservations often happens away from the desktop – whether at the reception desk, in the restaurant, or directly on the floor. With Version 3.6.3, the interface is now significantly more mobile-friendly.
Buttons, views and interactions have been optimized for smaller screens, making it easier to manage reservations directly from your phone. This means faster workflows, fewer clicks and more flexibility for your team during busy service hours.
🔍 Smarter availability checks before creating reservations
The system now checks availability again just before a reservation is created, preventing from creating multiple reservations using the same time slots.
This improvement helps ensure that tables and time slots are always accurate and up to date – especially during busy periods when multiple reservations are being created at the same time. The result is a smoother booking experience and more confidence when assigning tables.
👥 Better group reservation display in the floorplan
Group reservations are now displayed in the floorplan in the same clear way as in the halfboard view.
This makes it much easier to understand how larger groups are distributed across tables and helps teams plan more efficiently – especially in restaurants with high guest volumes or complex table layouts. The clearer visual representation reduces confusion and improves overall planning.
🔗 Updated sector URLs for better structure
We also improved the structure of the sector apps (for example Spa or Restaurant). The new, cleaner URLs make the system more consistent and easier to navigate.
This change also helps improve overall performance and creates a more structured experience across the platform.
