We're excited to release Crqlar Version 3.6.6 — an update focused on stronger integrations, a sharper calendar experience, and a cleaner, more intuitive UI across the board.
🔗 More Reliable PMS Connections
Improved sync reliability across multiple PMS connectors. Status changes such as cancellations and early departures now update correctly in Crqlar. Room changes mid-stay are now displayed accurately, with each room reflecting only the nights it was actually used.
📅 Calendar Improvements
Improved the reservation creation flow so the calendar block remains visible throughout the process. Improved the visual state when deselecting a searched reservation. Switching views now provides clearer loading feedback. Custom time frame selections now persist across page refreshes.
🍽️ Booking Engine & Restaurant Improvements
Improved guest count validation in the table reservation widget — the "Continue" button now requires a valid guest count before proceeding. Improved per-person pricing clarity with a visible label in the booking engine calendar popup. Improved the charge-per-person calculation to correctly multiply the fee by the number of guests. Improved mandatory field labelling with standard asterisk (*) notation and red highlighting on submission. Added the restaurant selector to the list view for consistency. Renamed the "Halfboard" column to "Arrivals" (EN) / "Anreiseliste" (DE), and renamed the "Accommodation Service" column to "Room code" / "Verpflegungscode" across relevant views.
⚙️ Services & Settings Improvements
Improved the no-show charge dialog so that service selection correctly carries through SKU and price. Improved the reservation charge popup to update all fields when a service is changed. Duration is now a required field when saving a service, and zero or negative values are no longer accepted. Age categories are now required for all services. Added a preparation time option for services, blocking the resource before the service begins and affecting availability accordingly. Transactional mails have been removed from the resource level and moved to a dedicated tab at the service level. The "Bookable through widget" toggle has been removed from parent resource settings and is now always active by default. Added a "Always show only resources active today" checkbox to the sidebar resource filter. The timezone dropdown has been restored in Organisation Settings.
🖥️ UI Improvements
Removed the horizontal scrollbar from the settings page. Improved sidebar scrolling behaviour so it stays fixed when scrolling the settings page content. Improved the reservation popup layout on smaller screens to prevent horizontal scrolling. Improved the floorplan so the edit icon is always fully visible regardless of guest count. Guest phone numbers are now shown in search results within the service reservation dialog. Login page logos have been updated.

Improved dashboard data retrieval to handle high reservation volumes more efficiently. Improved search response times.
