New Filters for Better Targeting
Hotels can now create more refined audiences with three new filter options:
- Upcoming stays
→ Easily find guests who do not have an upcoming stay. Perfect for reactivation and remarketing. - Rooms
→ Create campaigns for specific room types or suites. - Number of stays
→ Distinguish between new, regular, or loyal guests and personalize your communication.
Improved Filter Behavior
Several improvements make audience creation smoother and more intuitive:
- “Starts with” and “Ends with” now include proper input fields.
- The non-functional “Start date” filter was removed to avoid confusion.
- Large audiences can now be saved reliably without getting stuck.
More Accurate Stay Data
Guest stay history is now displayed consistently and correctly—ensuring that segmentation always reflects a guest’s real visit behavior.
🔗 Stronger PMS Integrations (OHIP & Protel)
Full Historical Data for Oracle OHIP
OHIP previously only delivered upcoming reservations.
This improvement ensures hotels receive complete historic stay data, unlocking Crqlar’s full CRM value from day one.
Improved Processing Logic for Protel
Protel OTA messages are now handled more reliably—even when multiple updates arrive quickly in a row. This ensures:
- fewer data inconsistencies
- more stable processing
- no lost updates
A smoother experience for all Protel-integrated hotels.
💳 Faster Hobex Payments in the Booking Engine
Hotels using Hobex will notice a significantly faster loading speed in the booking engine—especially for no-show fees and pre-authorizations.
This means:
- smoother guest experience
- less friction
- fewer abandoned bookings
🧑💼 Easier Profile Editing in the Reservation Dialog
Staff can now edit essential guest profile details directly when creating or adjusting a reservation:
- title
- first name
- last name
- gender
- nationality
This is available for all profiles not controlled by the PMS—especially important for migrated V2 profiles.
📋 Stable & Predictable Active Stays List
The Active Stays list is now stable and no longer reorders itself, making it easier for teams to:
- monitor arrivals
- find the right guests
- manage daily operations
Sorting preferences stay intact while you work.
📱 App Enhancements — Push Notifications & Better Booking Flows
This release improves the Crqlar Guest App on both iOS and Android.
Push Notifications Activated
Hotels can now use push notifications to:
- promote events
- fill empty slots
- announce last-minute availability
- notify guests when their room is ready
Booking Tables & Services: People Selection
When booking a table or activity via the app, guests must now specify their party size using the same age groups as in the booking engine.
This ensures:
- better capacity planning
- fewer overbookings
- consistent logic across all channels

📝 Improved Content Management
Several improvements make the Content module much easier to use.
Data Tags: Choose From a List
No more copying IDs from URLs.
Hotels can now select the correct tag type directly from a dropdown.
Active/Draft Status
Content items now include:
- an active/draft label
- filters to quickly find what you need
Missing Categories Display Correctly
Previously invisible categories such as “Skiverleih & Info” now appear correctly in the app.
