🎂 Automatic Birthday Recognition
One of the biggest highlights of this release is the automatic detection of guest birthdays.
From now on, if a guest celebrates their birthday on the day of a reservation, Crqlar automatically highlights it everywhere your team needs to see it:

- A birthday event is automatically added to the calendar
- A birthday icon appears directly on the floorplan
- The birthday note is automatically added to the reservation (also visible on printouts)

👤 Smarter Guest Profiles With Clearer Stay Information
We’ve also improved the guest profile to make it much easier to understand how important a guest really is for your hotel.
New improvements
- Crqlar now displays the exact number of stays (1 stay, 2 stays, 5 stays, 15 stays, etc.)
- AI-generated interests are now shown directly in the profile
- The profile view is cleaner and more useful for quick decisions

🍽️ Faster Restaurant Workflows & Better Visibility During Service
Several improvements in this release are focused specifically on helping restaurant teams during busy service times.
Floorplan improvements
- The total number of guests is now shown directly on the floorplan
- Staff can instantly see how many people are sitting at a table
- Birthday guests are now highlighted directly on the floorplan
Daily list improvements
- Birthdays are now automatically visible in the daily list
- Profile notes are now shown directly in the halfboard list
- Clicking a row now opens the reservation directly (instead of only the guest profile)
These improvements reduce unnecessary clicks and make the most important information visible exactly when it’s needed.
⚙️ Saved Views, Filters & Better Everyday Usability
We’ve also introduced several improvements that make Crqlar more comfortable to use every day.
New usability improvements
- List views now remember which columns you selected
- Column order is now saved automatically
- Filters are stored and reloaded after refreshing the page
- Calendar view settings are now saved correctly
- Searching and matching guest profiles is now more reliable
