In this latest update, we focused on something that matters deeply to every hotel team: clarity and reliability.
Whether you are managing guest reservations, checking revenue stats, creating events, or preparing content for your guest app—this release ensures your data is accurate, your UI is cleaner, and your workflows are smoother.
Below you’ll find a detailed overview of what’s new and improved across Crqlar V3.5.4.
1. More Accurate Guest Information Across the Platform
👤 Correct Guest Stay Status
Some hotels experienced incorrect or inconsistent stay statuses in the front office view.
This is now fixed—Crqlar displays 100% accurate stay statuses, ensuring reception and guest relations teams always rely on the correct information.
Better accuracy means fewer mistakes and a smoother guest experience right from the first interaction.
2. Improved Guest Profile Data
📊 Revenue Statistics Visible Again
The revenue stats inside guest profiles were temporarily not showing for some PMS connectors.
We completely restored and improved this display, ensuring:
- revenue is always visible
- totals are consistent
- data syncs properly across all PMS systems
Hotels now have reliable access to the spending behavior of each guest at all times.
🧒 Clean & Correct Guest Counts
Some reservations displayed outdated or archived age categories (e.g., old mappings from the PMS).
We cleaned this up so only valid age groups are shown.
This improves:
- reservation accuracy
- floor plan clarity
- reporting and guest communication
No more “ghost” children or wrong guest totals.
3. Stronger Operational Reliability
📅 Weekly Planner: No More V2 Ghost Reservations
Rarely, old reservations from Crqlar V2 appeared inside upcoming weekly planner events in V3.
This issue is now fully resolved.
The weekly planner now shows:
- only real, current reservations
- no duplicates
- no outdated V2 data
This makes operational planning clearer and more trustworthy for restaurant, spa, and activity managers.
4. Better Content Management in the Guest App
🌐 Translations for Content Items & Categories
Content managers can now add translations for both content item headlines and category names directly inside the guest app content editor.
This is especially helpful for:
- multilingual guest apps
- international audiences
- hotels working with multiple languages across seasons
It’s now easier than ever to keep your guest app consistent and perfectly tailored to your guests’ preferred languages.
