📤 Reliable & Clean Data Exports
Exporting guest profiles, reservations, and folios now works flawlessly again.
We’ve cleaned up the export structure so every guest appears in one line per profile, with filter-based field selection and clear column headings.
What’s new:
- Choose which fields you want to include before exporting.
- No more empty lines or broken entries.
- Faster export generation – even for large databases.

🎙️ Smarter Voice Note Lists
The Voice Note feature is now much easier to use and manage.
Voice transcriptions are structured like the AI Action Center, with clear chips for guest details such as name, room number, interests, and allergies.
You can also edit extracted information directly:
- Correct misidentified interests or allergies.
- Assign notes to the right guest profile in just two clicks.
Result: cleaner data, faster workflows, and higher accuracy.
📂 Resources – Now with Tabs for Notifications & Availability
Resource settings just got a major usability upgrade.
We’ve introduced three intuitive tabs:
- Basic Info
- Availability (Calendar view)
- Notifications
This declutters your workspace and makes it easy to find exactly what you need without scrolling through endless settings.
💰 Services & Rates – Cleaner, More Flexible Management
Managing rates in services is now more intuitive:
- Move all rates into a dedicated “Rates” tab.
- Remove or deactivate a rate with a single switch.
- Bundle and clean up repeating rates easily.
This improvement gives your staff more control and a cleaner service setup experience.
🧑💼 Guest Search & Status Visibility
Finding and identifying guests is now simpler than ever:
- The reservation search dialog shows the guest’s current stay status.
- In the CRM guest list, we’ve replaced confusing color dots with clear labels:

- 🟢 Checking In
- 🔵 Staying
- ⚪ Checking Out
This helps your team instantly understand who’s in-house, arriving, or departing.
💬 Service Tooltips with Name & Price
Hovering over a reservation in the calendar now gives you more information at a glance — you’ll see both the service name and the corresponding price if a rate is attached.
No need to click into every reservation anymore!
🔗 Newsletter Contact Data Fix
We’ve fixed an issue where contact data wasn’t correctly synced with the newsletter system.
Your CRM connections are now once again fully reliable.
🐛 AWS Export Issue Fixed
We’ve addressed an issue caused by AWS timeouts that prevented some exports from completing. Everything now runs smoothly and consistently again.
